Every few years I like to head down to Los Angeles and visit my best friend, Sundeep. It’s my home away from home.
It was a much needed trip; with all the changes happening around me I needed time on my own to digest everything. We spent a lot of time talking, crying, advising…she always knows the right things to say.
The weather was beautiful, we walked around the neighborhood every day, spent a day in Beverly Hills for “An Affaire in the Gardens” for Brandon’s furniture show, went flea-marketing, cooked and baked delicious goodies. I even got my pictures professionally taken by her friend, Toky (www.tokyphotography.com), which was kind of neat.
All in all, another great trip! I can’t wait to see both her and Brandon here for the wedding in a few weeks…it’s crunch time!
